Ordering:
Online transactions are paid through Paypal.com. We will ship to the verified address that is on file with Paypal.com. Please verify that your actual shipping address matches the one registered. If you are not registered with paypal, click here to set up an account.

Offline transactions may be paid by personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Sorry no C.O.D.'s. Personal checks may delay your order for up to three weeks.

To send your order with online merchandise, simply fill your shopping cart with the products of your choice, print it on your computer, and send it in. Please adjust your payment with the shipping and handling costs that can be acquired below. Please mail your order to the following address:

Cancellation:
If the transaction is canceled AFTER the order has been shipped, your account will be charged for the full amount of the order. Your account will be adjusted when the products have been returned in satisfactory condition. In addition, you will be liable for shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Availability /Backorders:
On occasion, Asian Artcrafts will experience back ordered merchandise due to shortages by our vendors. If you purchase an item that is "out of stock", Asian Artcrafts will ship your item as soon as it becomes available. You will be charged for your entire order upfront. You will be contacted via mail if this occurs. Asian Artcrafts will do its best to notate and/or update the website with available products. If it is clear that your item will unavailable for an extended period of time, eight weeks, you will have the option to either receive a refund, receive in store credit, or have the item shipped when it does become available.

Shipments Unclaimed:
If your package has been returned as "unclaimed", and you would like the item reshipped, you will be liable for the new shipping charges.

Sales Tax:
Taxes Colorado State Residents are liable for sales tax of 6.2%.

Shipping:
Due to the variety of products offered, the availability, and locations of our warehouses, your items may be shipped separately by either USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. At this time, we do not offer Express or Overnight Shipping methods.

Your order will be processed within 72 hours of receiving your order. This excludes weekends and holidays. All orders will be accessed a confirmation code by the carrier in order to verify delivery.

Shipping charges for the United States are as follows:

Orders processed to other countries will be accessed new shipping charges and you will be billed the balance. Payment on these new charges MUST BE RECEIVED prior to processing your order.

United States Only:
Free Shipping on order that are over $100.00. This excludes shipping charges and/or sales taxes. The $100.00 minimum for FREE SHIPPING must be acquired through the purchase of merchandise and the shipping address must be within the USA.

Orders that are unclaimed and reshipped or canceled after shipping that are over $100.00 will be charged exact shipping charges.

Retruns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase and would like to return your item, you must contact Asian Artcrafts within 10 days of the confirmed delivery by the carrier. Click here to notify Asian Artcrafts about your return or exchange.

You will have an additional 10 days from the date of your request to ship your item back to Asian Artcrafts. Items must be shipped to the following address:

If your item is not broken or damaged, then we expect to receive the item in the same condition. Please repack the item with care. Only items in perfect, resellable condition will be accepted for return. Items not received in resellable condition will be returned to you with no credit given and you will be liable for the new shipping charges. All returns are subject to in store credit only. We will not reimburse shipping charges.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, Asian Artcrafts will replace the item with a duplicate after the item is returned and we will assume the new shipping charges.

Privacy Policy:
The secure servers through Paypal.com allow you to safely enter your credit card and personal information. Asian Artcrafts will not sell or release your personal information to other organizations or individuals. By entering your email or mailing address, you may receive special promotions or catalogs from Asian Artcrafts. You will be automatically added to our mailing list. If you choose to take your name off of our mailing lists, you must respond by clicking the link in the email that states "remove" and add "remove" in the heading. If you decide to order from Asian Artcrafts in the future, your name may be added back into our mailing lists.
